Ingredients:

Cooking Tools:

  • Saute pan

  • Medium Casserole dish (Double the ingredients and portion for a large dish)

Directions :

  1. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan on medium heat.

  2. Add onions and mushroom. Saute for 5 minutes until mushroom begins to soften.

  3. Add cream of mushroom and beans into the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Transfer everything to a oven-safe casserole dish. Top with fried onions, and bake uncovered at 350F for ~30 min depending on your oven.

Cooking Tip:

Use a larger casserole pan and double the recipe for the perfect Thanksgiving side dish!
