Cherry Mascarpone cheesecake with graham cracker crust

Cook time: 45-60 minute
Serves: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

Cooking Tools:

  • Blender

  • Oven

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven at 350F.

  2. Add all the filling ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on oven). Cheesecake is done when a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

  4. Top with cherry pie filling as topping.

Cooking Tip:

  • Mi-del makes very small pie crusts, so double the recipe if you’re using any other brand of pie crust or homemade.

  • Mascarpone has a natural sweetness to it, but because the cherry topping and pie crust has plenty of sugar in it, I do not add any additional sugar to the cheesecake itself. Make sure you do add additional sugar if you’re not using the cherry topping.
